We kick things off with a free 30-minute Discovery Call to get to know you and your goals. If it feels like a good fit for both of us, Viridium will put together a custom proposal for you based on one of our existing service packages or custom package you are interested in. From there, we collaborate, design, refine, and celebrate. (Because your new era should be celebrated.)
Ongoing maintenance isn’t included in the initial design packages, but we offer flexible hourly retainers and maintenance contracts if you want to keep us on deck for future updates.
Most packages include a set number of revisions, clearly noted in the service description. Need more tweaks down the road? We offer add-on revision bundles or hourly retainer options for ongoing support.
You do! Once your project is paid in full, you receive the final files and full rights to use them however you’d like. We just ask for permission to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Not at all! We love working from scratch — and we also love taking what you’ve got and giving it the glow-up it deserves. If you have a logo already and want it incorporated as-is into a branding guide or website design, we can absolutely work with that too. Just note that some packages (like branding guides) don’t include logo design, but it can always be added on.

After accepting our proposal, a 50% deposit is due up front to hold your project slot. The remaining balance is due after project completion and before final files are delivered. For larger projects, payment plans may be available.
